Records — imaging and photos, as needed, to plan treatment accurately.
Your Options — a clear explanation of the treatments that suit your case, with estimated timing.

Before You Come In

Bring your insurance information and a list of any questions. Children, teens and adults are all welcome, and you are free to take time to decide after the visit.
