Appointments

Our office accepts a variety of different insurance carriers, including: Delta Dental, MetLife, Aetna, and Principal. Please call our office and our staff will help determine your dental benefits as estimated by your insurance carrier.

We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file with your insurance company for your reimbursement as long as your plan allows you to choose your own orthodontist.
